If you’ve been reading this blog over the last week, you may have noticed some changes, and that now it’s sort of back to how it was before.
I was experimenting with some ideas, and that has evolved into the concept for a brand-new blog. I’m going to launch early next week! I’m very excited, and I will let you know the address as soon as I’ve gotten it presentable. If you came back here looking for a specific post from the last week, you will be able to find them on the new blog.
This blog will continue on as before, covering topics of gym life, health and wellness, as well as providing information about classes I’ll teach and sub – oh, and the weekly AfterFlow Dinner Club!
