I also went to BodyPump this morning. It had been a few weeks, and I’m teaching it on Thursday, so I figured I better get back in the game. I stayed with relatively light weights, and felt pretty good. I was surprised my wrists started to hurt, though! That hasn’t happened in years. I was getting all spoiled, having strong wrists….
Well, just more motivation to keep BodyPump ine workout rotation!
