• New addition to weekly yoga* schedule: Wednesday 6:30 p.m. (mind-body room); lovely way to get through the middle of the week! (In my humble opinion…)
  • MAC will be launching all the new Les Mills programs on October 6, in express format. Great chance to check out multiple programs in one morning, and enjoy the new music and challenges!
  • BodyStep tomorrow – subbing at 10:30. I’ll be taping, too, so I’d be especially grateful to anyone who came! I had a good taping Tuesday, but still need some technique polishing. I hope tomorrow will be the one! I have a few weeks to work on it, though, so it’s all good.
